  1. Sit in a safe and comfortable position.
  2. Put the tips of your fingers together
  3. Looking at the tips of your fingers say in your mind”Calm, relaxed, calm relaxed I am going into self hypnosis NOW” as you say now drop your head down in a relaxed position and close your eyes.
  4. Say “deeper, deeper …. Deeper, deeper Thank you subconscious for revealing yourself Now” see what comes to mind and hold it in your mind.
  5. Now in your mind speak positive suggestions to your subconscious symbol.
    ”Thank you subconscious I am attracting positive opportunities, I am benefiting from positive experiences,………”
  6. After you have said all the changes you want for each session, simply say “ Thank you subconscious on the count of 5, I will open my eyes and feel fully refreshed and wide awake feeling so good , 1,2,3,4 5”  eyes open and wide awake
  • Examples to use in self hypnosis:
    I am sleeping well, I am a good sleeper, 
    I am trusting each day will be as it is meant to be
    I am waking in the morning rested and fully refreshed
    I am waking at the perfect moment
    I am making positive changes in each area of my life
    I am noticing positive changes, I have good relationships
    I am attracting positive changes, I have a good life
    I am fulfilling my potential
    I am prioritising things to be done in the best way
    I am enjoying relaxation
    I am relaxed, I am confident
    I am living a charmed life, life is flowing, life is easy
    I am happier, I am happy, I am contented
    I am more relaxed
    I am enjoying myself more and more
    I am enjoying safe exercise
    I am safe
    I am attracting a great new job
    I love my work, work is satisfying, enjoyable and rewarding
    Letting go is easy
    I have solutions….

Say things that are relevant to you during self hypnosis, whatever comes to mind or write a list of things you want to mention during self hypnosisSelf hypnosis positively enhances your beliefs and deep subconscious programming.
