Hypnotherapy releases cravings for fizzy drinks, coffee, tea and alcohol.

It also deals with emotional issues connected to drinking alcohol which allows you to gain control of your choices again.

Hypnotherapy is a fully conscious deep relaxation where the mind is more able to take on positive suggestions thus making it easy to change habits and patterns.

During the first appointment we discuss all your habits related to drinking and other issues such as stress. Often people reach for alcohol as a way of relaxing so it is important that your lifestyle is looked at.

The hypnotherapy helps you release cravings and create new habits and patterns in your mind allowing you to be in control again. You will see results after the first session but as drinking habits are built up over many years usually several sessions are recommended. Sometimes emotional issues such as low self esteem or confidence need to be addressed so you can feel fully relaxed and comfortable around drinkers without feeling you need to drink.

I teach follow up techniques which strengthen the changes we do in the session, these must be done every day at home which take a few minutes. Also I recommend you listen to a CD daily. You can also purchase nutritional products which will help restore your health but it is optional.
